WHY IS IT DMG STOCK PRICE IS FROZEN AT JUST OVER $2.00?

DMG secured $70 million financing at $3.00 last month and today BC is over $63M and DMG stock price is frozen at just over $2.00.

Is there a takeover in the works to keep DMG stock price frozen just above $2.00

This is the only explanation I can come up with. Any other investors out there who contacted DMG and received a logical explanation.

COME ON DMG MANAGEMENT give retail investors an update why DMG stock price is frozen for so long. 

SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG HERE. Investors Relations cetainly suck at there responsibilities to retail investors. NOT GOOD. I AM IN THE MONEY BUT NOT HAPPY WITH TODAY'S STOCK PRICE AND CONSTANTLY HAVING THE STOCK PRICE BELOW $2.50 and WELL BELOW $3 LAST MONTH'S FINANCING.

I am soooo baffled by this company lately and their PR department. They have so much to be pushing and bragging about but they just sit and let the value drop and drop.

 Lots of cheap paper will be unlocked  next week. ~6 million  shares and  1/2 warants. Managment can not control the share price.  Only the share buyers and sellers can do that. Only fault on managment was they like many others never knew BTC would gain alot of momentum from all the big players coming on board BTC.

Hi all I'm wondering how you can make this bold prediction and set a 3-5 dollar range and in 2-3 months?   While this stock seems solid in principle , it is in free fall and the confidence in it is shaky. I love your optimism, I just want that optimism to show me why.   thx
