Big News: Canaccord Initiates w $1.10 TP + TSX-V ListingCanaccord issued a $1.10 price target today on the Company. In addition to the Company is set to begin trading on the TSX-V on June 4th. 

I think both are going to be large volume drivers over the coming days, surely will increase institutional investor appeal.

Our $1.10 target price is DCF based, reflecting expectations of strong revenue growth in the short-to-medium term (we apply a 2% TGR and 13.1% WACC). Based on our 2021 model, our target price equates to 3.3x EV/Sales and 30.9x EV/EBITDA. At current prices, CloudMD trades at 2.3x 2021 EV/sales while close comparable WELL Health Technologies (WELL-TSX; $2.95 | HOLD, $3.25 target, Raveel Afzaal) trades at 6.1x 2021 consensus EV/sales.
