And even if you were somehow part of the initial underwriting, that underwriting still happened in May. So something doesn't add up.
Of course, it sounds like you were part of the 70 cent warrant group (the only position that lost money on the initial dip yet earned a profit after it moved into the .75-.95 range).
Anyone has a right not to buy into the thesis though...even if they once did. In the end the market will decide who wins and who loses.
