30-day average trading volume of 310,000 shares (source: TMX Money), so yes, plenty of opportunity for insiders to buy at the market price.

On June 6, CEO Karen Adams was granted 250,000 options at a strike price of 0.50. DOC closed today at 0.20, so her options are far out-of-the-money, and she and the Board members can pick up a load of shares at much lower prices right now if DOC is a real bargain at 0.20 to 0.30 a share.

500,000 shares @ even 0.25 would cost only $125k. A lot of money for most, but I would think it would be affordable for Karen if she believes the stock has even 50% plus upside within a year or two. Plus, this would instill confidence among potential new investors if she put a significant amount of her own skin in the game.
