You are right that world is indeed in a major state of flux and turbulence.
I remain optimistic in general about healthcare industry and efficiencies to be unlocked through backoffice AI enabled automations. Also organizations are focusing more on Employee Wellness with one key difference that I have seen: much like Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer, the Chief HR Officer is also being asked to demonstrate clear ROI on wellness program related investments. This is where DOC has a solid potential. I work for a major energy player with almost 8K employees and we are focusing on launching an employee wellness program but with clear metrics that define success and Return on Investment ROI. We will be floating an RFP shortly in market. 
I am cautiously optimistic regarding careful execution of a cautious business strategy by Karen, John and team at DOC. It is a SHOW and TELL story for me on DOC. 
Show = show me slow & steady improvement in top line revenue by organic growth and show me bottomline P&L improvements through operational efficiencies and cost optimizations
Tell = engage institutional investors through more effective communication and that includes shareholder communications as well.
I continue to purchase DOC in smaller quantities that fit my budget and risk tolerance.
