People are upset and that's fair enough but this talk of voting NO only serves the Private Equity firm. Voting NO doesn't stop this deal, it will only serve to drop the value of the company further and they will still end up with it. They even state penalty fees if the deal doesn't go through.
MGMT have already agreed their roles it CEO and CFO. CTO and head of sales are gone which means they're bringing in a new crew for these key areas and most likely through their PE friends.
VOTE YES and take the lesson. There will be a circular that comes to each shareholder shortly in the mail. It will detail how dire financials are.
Karen has wrecked this company. She is acting like the victim of Hamzas reign but she's has 2-3 years to get DOC right. She will go down as one of the worst CEOs in business and schools should pick this up as a case study in what not to do in business unless it's about how to pump and steal money.
