here's what will happen. Vote NO and they will default and/or prepare to go into receivership or leagl
process with their PE firm. Shareholders will be wiped out and any monies owed to debtors will take priority. Now here's the juicy bit: they will restructure and emerge as a shiny new entity with MGMT and BOD happy, healthy and laughing all the way to the bank.
This MGMT group and BOD are horrendous BUT they've played you all.
There are 35,000 shareholders and most a novice suckers like myself.
