Unfortunately, it does speak to too common norms in Canada's securities exchanges.

Today I received the Special Meeting materials and voted on-line.
Needless to say, the negative financial realities at Cloud MD are disgusting and disturbingly at odds with the "apparent" publicly presented positive developments presented by Karen Adams et al since approximately January of this year.
Regrettably, the weak Canadian securities regulatory and enforcement environment permits, perhaps encourages, mis-management and incompetent operational/financial practices that appear to border upon theft and fraud.
Just as importantly it demonstrates "Again" why investment in Canadian companies are so much more risky than in more mature, professional trading environments.
The reality is that I and most other small investors are cleaned out of some of our resources while you carry on collecting unearned incomes and Canadian companies collect another black eye in the global investment marketplace.
