CloudMD will be bought out by a Health Insurance or Health Company soon. Accolade today bought out start up 2Md for 460 million.

DOC won't sell below $20/share so we have a couple of years to go.....its a solid second comparison tho 1) Loblaw paid 15x for 20% of Maple and now 2) this acquisition at just over 13x DOC is trading at 8x

Will it merge with WELL? The CEO seems to think WELL is a well-run company, he seems to like it.

I sure hope CloudMD investors find some value in this company again very soon. The stock value of this company keeps going down further and further in the last few months no matter what the company news is. It's very disappointing considering that this company used to be the darling of the Venture Exchange, but at this point I've now lost 30% of my initial investment in CloudMd.

Its been long rumored that this would someday be a takeout target an I still believe so!. Tdoc take over would not break my heart an would be AWSOME!

Dr Hamza also stated that they're not in this to be number 2......the have an obvious ambition which ties back to the velocity of the acquisitions, what each delivers and now how they scale on the road ahead....they only need to expand geographies.....their platform and Ai is fully baked which is more than most can say.....Q4 earnings will be a huge indicator of things.....if no big news
