highlights from presentation-Canaccord Conference
Hi all,
These are some key points, I found, from Dr. Hamza's presentation. I hope I heard all correctly!
*Q2 will be reported in next couple of weeks but before the end of month.
*EBIDTA positive by Q3, 50 Million $ in bank right now.
*Uplist to main index in Canada- need to do it properly (accounting principles in place) BUT absolutely on both sides of the border.
They have proven CloudMD is a stand alone company without COVID.
Their acquisitions on both side of the border (2) for company employee benefits are highly effective for returning employees back to work after health issues and getting them in to see 'specialists' when required much faster. CloudMD, according to Dr. Hamza, "is the largest company in Canada doing this"
Most of the first 15 minutes was a rehash of what CloudMD is about, directed to new investors.

I also heard he said Nasdaq, unless I heard it wrong. I say this again, I believe DOC will be acquired, it is too good. I hope we will be bought out at over $10. JMHO.
