Julia EMR

I sent an email to Julia.. asking her why did Cloudmd sell it's core DHS business EMR to Well, and you announced that you will sell only clinics?! She said EMR is not core business. Well.. EMR is clearly listed in DHS in last quarter report. So, my question to her .. is DHS still core business to Cloudmd, and if it is.. how much of ravenue and how much of ebtida is effected by selling EMR and scheduling software?! She hasn't relied.. normally she does.
It would be constructive if more people would send an email to Julia .. and ask about EMR and effects on DHS.
It should be an easy answer .. but.. is it?

Why would it be core? It's open source code from McNaster University that firms can use and customize. DOC wants to retain access to it for this reason alone. I support DOC getting rid of low margin assets and focusing on high growth core assets along with expanding its footprint

Use your brain for change!! Read Q2 report .. EMR is listed under DHS, NOT under CP!!! Open code.. WTF.. again read freaking Q2 .. EMR is a custom soloution, each doctor, each clinic pays licence to Cloudmd to use that sofware .. to connect to insurance company or gvmnt and to get paid for a client service. There's also scheduling software seperatly billed. Mysql is free, but what's in ...more

If DOC won't own any clinics then why would they need this code beyond its Kii functionality? it's not core.

Stop harassing the company. You probably have $200 invested and you are bugging them.

@Justing .. asking legit questions is not herassment.. unless you are dear comrade .. Mr. Xi Jinping or Mr. Kim Jong-un..  EMR is listed as DHS on homepage of cloudmd.  You are losing tons of money, and you are mad, and disoriented .. surround yourself with friends and family. p.s don't shoot the messanger. Cheers.
