Life is what you make it, and so is a conference call.

Q4 came and went. If you did as I recommended and not worried about the numbers but paid more attention to what Karen and John said, you would not of panicked. If you sold, you may never get those shares back at a lower price. I won't waste our time by getting into the numbers because as far as I'm concerned they are old news. What is more important is to try and pick out key points that were said during the call, that most analysts or financial people missed.
I listened to the call over and over again. I found over 20 things said, that got me very excited. I will only talk about one today.
If you listen closely,  you will notice that Karen used the word "pipeline" at least 16 times during  the call.
The 1st time she refers to the fact that they added $12.2 million to the recurring revenue in 2022. Then it gets real good. She goes on to say that they are getting stong new customer wins and a growing pipeline. AMAZING for a 19 cent company. Then she goes on to talk about technology services in the United States. She says that the pipeline for this product  is growing rapidly,  and she anticipates accelerated growth in 2023. AMAZING! Then she says that the remote patient monitoring pipeline continues to grow. It gets better. Karen goes on to say that they are seeing accelerated pipeline growth,  especially in the health and productivity sector. She continues and says that they have a strong pipeline growing in the US and they will be in a better position to update the specific pipeline in Q1. INCREDIBLE! She actually does something not usually seen on calls and she makes a point to mention 2 salespeople the US and the growth they are bringing.  I can't wait to hear more about this, but this went right over most analysts head. All they were looking at were at the numbers from October,  November and December last year. She saves the best for last. She says that they have a VERY STRONG PIPELINE FOR THE US AND CANADA  WITH SOME VERY LARGE OPPORTUNITIES IN IT THAT WE HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO PUT INTO THAT $55 MILLION... I can't wait. This is so exciting.  Great days,  weeks and months are ahead for shareholders. Analysts usually only look at numbers. That's why they are called financial analysts. I'm sure they will like DOC once the financials are better and the stock price is higher. Like I said earlier,  there is so much more in that call if you spend time and look at it. I only focused on one word. STAY TUNED!

Very objective and logic driven analysis, Dartmam. I would like to highlight the statement CloudMD made regarding revenue growth in low double digits. I was satisfied to read it. Why? It is crucial to manage Cost of Acquisition or COA per customer. Aggressive growth can exponentially increase Cost of Acquisition per Customer and it can burn through cashflow. Years ago in 2009/2010, I was leading ...more

Listening to both Karen and John conference call, I  felt they were more relaxed, deliberate and confident sharing their thoughts about the direction they were taking CloudMD in the future. Previous quarterly results they shared with us, they appeared nervous and a bit agitated.  This new positive vibe may actually translate to positive growth numbers moving forward. Glta.
