Wondering...

Mentioned by another that the takeover company is affiliated to Karen. Been wondering why, if going private was a viable option, it wasn't done much sooner when the price would have been more favorable.  Is it possible this was engineered to go to its lowest possible price?  If so, it would be more than despicable ... would be fraudulent.  Thought the exec team and the board were supposed to look after the welfare of shareholders.

I think the timing is relate to the failed RS. They get the consolidation and they get a fresh round of financing. Retail investors will have input how this plays out. Very little insider ownership and institutional investors bailed years ago so they won't have much say. I think they're playing us. We accept the $0.04 deal and the executives maintain their bloated salaries and the American ...more
