Magic?

From official end of year report:  Full year 2023 revenue of $90.9 million compared to $99.4 million in 2022, and $90.5 million compared to $86.7 million on a normalized basis, excluding one-time COVID mandates.
Q4 2023 gross profit margin1 of 39.7% was relatively flat compared to Q3 2023 and improved 380 bps from the prior year.

Now consider a $60MM acquisition (VisionPros) within this and ask yourself how the company can be sold for the tidy sum of ~ $10MM???  WTF?

I vote NO.  Instead, a real mgt team should be put in place ASAP, all of the current exec contracts canceled (retroactively if possible) and potentially filing of a malfeasance complaint to recover salaries paid previously.

Seems to me like the company could have kept limping along. Total cash used Q4 2023 was $1.7 million. Normalized cash inflow1 in Q4 2023 was $1.5 million, and Adjusted net cash provided by operating activities was $1.6 million. As of December 31, 2023, the Company had $11.4 million of cash and cash equivalents, including $2.5 of restricted cash. But sometimes the light at the end of a tunnel is ...more

I would have expected that the Board would have directed a Go-Shop period of perhaps 30 days to see if there were other bidders on the market. This is common practice and provides the best opportunity for shareholders to get the best price for their shares.
