Come on, do you really believe at these prices and volume that an institution is involved in anyway? I don't think so and that's the problem. At these prices, my guess is institutional interest would drive the volume up to at least a couple of 5 million share range days. The current volume is just day traders selling on news and loading up again. The lack of volume does beg the question why this stock can't gain any institutional interest?
