board of dirThe bull boards are pretty quiet this week and there seems to be a momenteum building by the rank and file bloggers and shareholders that the time is getting closer for CHANGE in direction and leadership at Dianor.
I personally feel the time is "ripe" for the bloggers/shareholders to unite and stirr the pot towards a boil and ultimately start the process to cause a change of the current BOD.
Quite frankly it is time to change the BOD and put in a new leadership team, who hopefully can move the company forward with some new ideas and basically "less talk and more action"
the present CEO and directors have proven now they are UNABLE OR CAPABLE to attrach the necessary INVESTORS to come on board
they have had more than ample enough time to make it happen
THE CURRENT BOD HAS LOST THE CONFIDENCE OF THE INVESTORS!
there is very clearly no momentem happening and no plans in the coming weeks or months
Dianor is dying a slow death.
the summer is coming and soon another year will pass

There is NO WAY any new investors will come on board after they study the current Dianor Team's track record on this project and review their cash flow projections
