RE: RE: RE: RE: TEC load ...

If Joe agreed to a deferral of payment (extension) ... that might be something the company woud comment on if queried by investors ... wouldn't it? Has anyone got an answer from the company to support the notion that Joe's payment was deferred ... no.
TEC has to go by a 30 day call notice ...so ... it would only be 30 days post call that it might become apparent to investors that the call was made.
Sentry Select didn't pre-advertise their departure ... it only became apparent to investors through periodic reporting on Sedar.
The TSX has 'marked' insider sales in the last couple weeks via National ... yet nothing on Sedi has been reported. In the least one has to consider that TEC may be part of that 'marker' development ... right?  If it is the case ... then one might conclude that the 30 day call has been made as well.
I do agree that there could be an interested party ready to cover the TEC and Joe liability as part of a bigger deal ... that's yet to be shown.
While the company wouldn't be in a position to intimate the workings of any deal in progress ... they could alleviate investor concerns with regards to Joe's payment by underscoring a deferral if one was granted.
