If Joe has defered the question would be why, no answer they give is going to satisfy so why say anything.
Both just bring more questions and increase speculation that skirts confidentiality.
Keep your mouth shut until the deal is done is what I think they are doing, we might not like it that way but we are not calling the shots and we have no idea what the confidentiality agreements says if in fact there is one as I assume.
