I wonder if the american entity discovered this omission in their due dilligence or was that all a crock to buy more time. How was Ryder going to raise money when there was nothing to do the due dilligence on . I am sure that the American entity would want to see the most recent financial statement . This is a joke and one that is not too funny. glta
