My guess is that they simply ran out of money and can't pay any of their bills...

Just for kicks... let's assume John Ryder sends a PR stating that the company declares bankruptcy. Anyone have any idea what happens next?  Who gets the mineral rights when it goes in the tank?  What happens to us shareholders?  Are there any options for us to get anything out of this?  I have never experienced anythng like this before so I am very curious what happens.

I think we are at the end now.  I'm actually kinda relieved.  I want to print my share certificates and mount them on my bar as a reminder of the worst investment ever made in the history of the stock market with the dumbest bunch of bafoons in the junior mining sector handling it.  

We should at least get a free-for-all on site to pan for diamonds on the deposit...
