RE: joe ???????? I would think neither Joe or TEC are negatively impacted by this. Joe would have the surface rights reverted back to him. TEC would initiate recovery of their funds through asset disposition if indeed this is the end of the company.
Shareholders would be in the same position as Tahera shareholders were ... all negative from that standpoint.
They could still get the filings done and fix this ... it isn't over quite yet.
