Tier 2 ... ... moving to Tier 2 is not as big a deal as some might think ... goes by asset valuation and working capital ... so self explanatory.
Need cash for reinstatement ... then the bigger burdens that got the company to this point in the first place.
A restructure while suspended would be a reasonable expectation in my view ... everybody at the table ... everything on the table ... and a 'whole' company to commence trading with as a result.
