First off they have no money so what are you going to sue for air.
You act like this is intentional what happend to this stock, you don't think they would like to be rolling in the money like we would like to be.
Regulators???? do you think they go after companies that have a hard time or don't make it???
There is nothing to go after regulators or legal.
I hope the best for Ryder and others that worked for the company, they have to find a way to support their families, they are more devistated about the way things turned out than you thats for sure..
Shirt happens companies fail, especially in this economy.
