1.5 cents ...
.... if it hits it today ... then the bridge loan likely didn't get anywhere ... thoughts???

if it hits 3 cents does it mean that the bridge loan was successful?

Roughly 730,000 shares on the ask at 2.5 cents at this time and nobody buying them. If the sellers had hit 1.5 ... the sign would point more to failure than than it hitting 3 cents and being a sign of success ... in my view. So far ... 1.5 isn't touched ... see how it goes.
