property is worhtless , according to what transpired here , the property will revert back to some other venture to fool newbies who won't suspect what happened here , that could be 10 years or more from now .

it happens a lot from what i have seen .

buyer beware .

i have contacted management on the phone and e mails many times in the past 7 years , and in the last 6 they never responded or want to talk to me . i  have some very hard interesting investigative questions they would prefer not to answer , but i can imagine the answers for myself .

Lost many thousands in this stock.  Live and learn.  Stop coming back here.  It's over.  My last post on this stock.     good luck with your other investments.  This one looks DEAD.    IMHO

why do people put up with losing money like this ? they put money into shares and don't even demand explanations from management about what happened .

An answer to your question my friend, there is simply nothing we can do when we have a management that do not answer the phone or return callls or even respond to email. John Ryder day is coming and when its time if they survive we will vote his sorry butt out.

How are you going to vote him out when presently there is no company to vote out.  If they can't spend the money to fix the financial statement fiasco do you really think that there will be an AGM.  Ryder should have been gone long ago as he has shown that he does not possess the business savy to  lead any company.  I am sure that there will be a financier out there that is
