Doesn't anyone here have their ear to the ground around wawa?  It's no secret where leadbetter's shop is, that town is so small you can't pass gas without your neighbors knowing about it, if anyone were to leave town it couldn't be concealed.  Just seems strange the DOR property has closed up tight, we've lost our shares, and what's going on around town, not a word from anyone?

[try not to think about christmas 05-06...]
