Adolf's Backers Step Up AgainDENTONIA ANNOUNCES $150,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Dentonia Resources Ltd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce the arrangement of a non-brokered Private Placement of up to 3,000,000 units consisting of both Non-flow Through Units and Flow Through Units at
.05 per unit, subject to regulatory approval. The terms of the offering are such that each participant will acquire an equal amount of Flow Through and Non-flow Through units.
Each Unit will include one share and one two-year common share purchase warrant entitling the purchaser to purchase an additional common share of the Company for
.10 per share in the first year and
.15 per share in the second year.
A 7% Finder's Fee may be payable in connection with this financing.
All funds realized will be used for general corporate purposes, exploration of the Company's Stafford Tungsten Project in BC and future property acquisitions.
