Staying Alive

Staying Alive

From deep in the MD&A of the recent financials:

(f) On April 20, 2011, a shareholder of Dentonia paid the sum of $100,000 as an

advance of a proposed flow-through private placement. These funds are to be

used for the exploration of the Stafford Tungsten Project.

Probably this chap, I'm guessing, since he likes the tungsten property:

In November 2008 the Company entered into a loan agreement with Dr. Stewart Blusson, a

shareholder of the company, for a loan of $200,000 payable in four tranches of $50,000 each.

The loan will bear interest at 6% per annum, convertible into common shares of the Company at

.10 per share in the first year and at
.20 per share in the second year. Principal and interest

were due on November 4, 2010, and subsequently became due on demand.

Blusson was Fipke's co-discoverer of the Diamet deposit.
