Why is Shareholder Value Plummeting?

As a shareholder (and someone who encouraged my 19-year old son to invest his very hard earned landscaping money into D2 Lithium), I’d like to know the following:

What is being done to address the complete collapse of the Share price? By comparison, E3 Lithium (with nowhere near the concentrations found in Argentina) has increased Shareholder Value in the past six months by 70%, while D2 Lithium has plummeted by 70%?!

What is the company guidance to increase shareholder value, or should everyone abandon ship due to Brian Findlay’s lack of guidance and transparency? What is being done to prove up the resources at: Fox Creek, Alberta, Teels Marsh/Alkali Lake, Nevada, and Argentina?

Why is the company getting loans, and from where are these loans sourced? Can some unknown entity now force the company into bankruptcy?

What is management doing to market the company and raise money? There is no website for D2 Lithium.
