Dolly Varden's strategic location in the Golden Triangle brings historical significance, as the Dollard and Silver project dates back a century and was once the richest silver mine in the British Empire. Leveraging infrastructure from the old mining operation, including a road, Tidewater access, power, and a nearby regional airport, the company keeps costs low, enhancing its overall economic feasibility.
The project's uniqueness lies in its composition, with the southern part dominated by silver, transitioning north into a highly concentrated gold system.
Additionally Dolly Varden's recently acquired Big Bulk, a copper-gold property, is seen as a potential feeder for the high-grade silver and gold mineralization on the property.
Dolly Varden recently completed its largest drill program to date, totaling 51,500 meters and a significant exploration spend of over $20 million.
