GREENFLAG ANNOUNCES APPLICATION TO DELIST FROM TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Further to the news release of Oct. 7, 2015, Greenflag Ventures Inc. has now submitted its application to voluntarily delist its common shares from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange. Subject to its application being accepted by the NEX board of the TSX-V, it is expected that the ordinary shares will be delisted from the NEX board of the TSX-V by the close of trading on Oct. 30, 2015, with Greenflag's ordinary shares continuing to trade on the OTCQB tier of the OTC markets under the ticker GFGVF.

First week of November there should be a switch in your account and your shares will trade in the US. For now someone seems to like buying at 12-15 cents USD, thats a great start point for November. Meanwhile they are building on the new business plan. Stock is up today: Greenflag Ventures, Inc. (GFGVF) $ 0.12 0.04 (50.00%)

I called my trade desk and they told me this has to delist first before they get direction on what will happen next. A couple more weeks is all. Maybe they can get this over 20 cents US by then. The nice thing is the shares coming on stream from the delist are minimal. The bulk of new issue from the newco are already out but some are on hold. The should be a low floater and nice mover if they
