From 40- 50 million we are now looking at a reserve Value or 70- 80 million, and with gas ticking higher with substantial drill targets beyond the 4-6 wells being drilled for Q1 2018 dxi reserve values is way over 100 million , which puts us back near 1.50 in S.p low end ..Do you DD big gains to be made imo

Youre talking like they have all that oil already and they dont even have a permit yet. They may have a rig but nothing has been done yet and even if they do drill there may not a commercially viable amount of oil there. If they plan to drill well know by the middle of next month and itll be even longer to get any real hard numbers on what they found. Im not spending any of that potential profit
