                                                                                                                                                     I don't understand what you mean by "blackball a company". Serious allegations have been made by such professionals as John Kaiser. Clearing this all up could be as simple as having the company show the results that they received from the lab. This would PROVE that NO smearing has occoured and I'm sure the S/P would be at least in the mid $.30s, possibly much higher. I myself would buy in if these alligations were proved false.
