SHY's MD&A

The Company has secured a 20% working interest in 400 acres of land near Lloydminster. The

section adjacent and to the north of this new land is currently being developed and a well is

scheduled to be drilled in December 2009, near Sharon’s lease line. If the well to the north is

successful, the Company expects to have one or more horizontal wells drilled on the new

property during the 2010 calendar year. Wells in this area have averaged 50 to 100 Bopd (10 –

20 Bopd net).
