RE: dzr management

RE: dzr managementI agree... I bought most of my position at .10. They have an outstanding bank loan of about 5.5 million, the bank is doing their annual review in April or May according to the year end MD and A... lets hope they don't call in the loan.

Like I said in a earlier post, I believe they will get the financing in place through Humboldt.

Most of the properties they have joint ventures with Sharon and Tuscany. The recent merger has given Tuscany working capital of 4.2 million, Sharon's marketable securities of Magnum Hunter Resources with which they have about 540,000 shares left. (540,000 * 8.56 = 4.6 mill) and a unused bank line of 4.6 million.... 13.4 million for the exploration and development.

Maybe Diaz will merge with Tuscany now?

I wish Sharon merged with Diaz instead of Tuscany. But with the JV they hold together is this not good for Diaz as well?

Love to get peoples opinion on this...

Thanks
