RE: dzr management

RE: dzr management
"... why are all your other companies..." Seems that DZR, HMB, SHY, and TUS are the main companies and there is no definition of doing well that applies to these companies. DZR has been drifting lower for seems like ever. DZR was sliding into oblivion a long time ago, repeatedly failing to meet their projected targets for many years. There are many oil and gas companies that have done well over the past 5 years, some starting from scratch so why does DZR continue to dry up and die? Maybe there are too many distractions, maybe they are lost in the 70s. Why is SHY wallowing and MHR with SHY's old management doing very well.  Was acquiring land located on the fringe of any oil fields in Saskatchewan and Alberta going to be our salvation? How many wells at 5 bbls per day does it take to produce 1,000 bbls per day, way too many and way too long. The one 'Oh well, at least..." is that the management owns a lota lota shares, 35 to 40,000,000. Sooner or later one would hope they will wake up and realize their interest in DZR is big enough to actually focus some attention and maybe hire someone that can turn the company around faster than having to drill 200 wells. Maybe they can wake up from their long slumber and look at a calendar and see it is not 1970 anymore. Why did they think they could sell shares in an underachieving company at a two cent premium to market??? What does that tell you? Poor markets, give me a break, make them flow through, attach a warrant and price them 15% under market not 15% over market. Poor markets?? or poor management? How much should managers be paid to run a company into the ground? These guys it seems are being paid well enough to be actually running a successful company. The cost of failure is pretty high here. The time has surely come to look in a mirror and be honest with yourself and to your shareholders. A lot of people have invested in DZR mistakenly thinking Czar was more than a flash in the pan.
