Option Agreement

Option Agreement

whats all the concern about EAG not fulfilling the rest ot the agreement (discreet bashing !!!!)

...why dont you consider the fact that they have fulfilled the terms to gain 75% of Windfall instead of stating that they might lose it...the progress that this company has made on two years is OUTSTANDING ..NOT (as the optioner and JV partner 25 %)will now also be sharing in the cost of future expenditures as per agreement

these two companies are working together to bring a mine into production which is why they formed an Agreement in the first place !

" the Company has completed the expenditures and payments required to be made to the Optionor as consideration for the exercise of the option to acquire a 75% interest (the "75% Option") in and to the Optionor's portion of the Windfall Lake Property (the "Property"). The exercise of the 75% Option has triggered deliverables from both parties and the Company is currently in discussions with the Optionor on finalizing the necessary steps to complete the obligations under the Option Agreement"
