Its OBVIOUS to me that they are drilling on the JV claims(IMO)..which is why EAG is finalizing the terms of the option agreement ......once finalized then NOT will incur 25% of expenses to go into production (high grade open pit)....EAG will use its profits from this High grade deposit to explore and develop the rest of the Windfall claims that it owns 100% (IMO)
seems like a logical process !
