Yep..it must be at this end...anyway as far as the 25% interest vs 2% royalty

IMO it is still a win/win for EAG ..if NOT takes 2% royalty (as the original owner) EAG gets 100% of the claims and 98% of royalties

If NOT keeps 25% and EAG funds the development...EAG still gets 10% interest plus expenses incurred on NOTs 25 %.... when the mine goes into production....which actually does seem like a good deal for NOT ..and also for EAG because it will get back the $$$$ incurred on NOTS portion +10%interest.

Either way you slice it EAG is doing the work.... however it appears to me that WE as EAG shareholders will definitely have an Interest in a HIGH GRADE OPEN  PIT  GOLD MINE :)

and i might add that it seems that" Mellow "was correct when he said that EAG could end up with a 100% interest  in the NOT/EAG claims !
