My understanding is that they still have to acquire a remaining 25% 0f 29 claims under the option agreement with murgor/freewest(cliffs)....the only requirement left is to incurr exploration costs which i expect will be fulfilled with the current drilling program......MD&A ....OCT 1 ...Sedar
