Odd how the Temex board is now not Functioning........lot's of shareholders were publically saying they wil reject the New Oban offer. I am still on the fence, but in my mind the new company will be extremely strong......and EAG shareholders are getting a great deal on TEMEX in the group merger.
A exchange rate of 1:1 would make me vote yes, but the current New Oban ratio is far from Ideal. At least you guys got a great deal !!! Warrants could be huge.
I'm buying Eagle currently for the warrant upside.
