That is not how stock options work.  The directors have the option to acquire shares from the company at $.15, twice the current value of trading.  (therefore not a taxble benefit )

They will only excerise if the stock gets above 15 cents.

Thus the benefit is to them if they can raise the share price above 15 cents.  which is my average cost or just above my average cost.  Wish i could put a little more in now to average down  but currently i am out of favour in the markets.  Good thing they change.
