Unlucky number 7
You can watch seller 007 walking this down every time that it gains momentum. Yesterday morning, there were 11000 shares for sale at 13 cents until someone started buying. Within minutes there were just under 300,000 shares for sale at 13 cents. As always, every large block of shares for sale has seller 7 on the ask.
Today, as we drop half a cent on a small sale, seller 7 has moved 55000 shares from 13 down to .125 to shift the wall.
Buying through his walls is the only way to get rid of him. Either momentum builds enough to buy him out or he will remain in control of the stock.
As always, I am optimistic that once he is gone we will fly. I really wish the company could help us out here by buying on the open market or making a batch deal with this horrible person who somehow holds so may shares but doesn't care about making a profit from them.
There is never a certain path to victory on the venture. Big picture, there are much worse situations than this one. We are certainly a more valuable company than the share price suggests.

Odelay, I know you can't post the Lvl2, but keep us informed like you just did if you see some change in his/her behavior. I really appreciate your posts.
