How is this a scam? How about paying for debt at $0.05 a share to roll it back 120:1? Let's do some math. 1,000 shares issued at $0.05 for debt starts at $50; with the roll back 1,000 is nos 8.3 shares at $1.90 each to $15.83. Nothing like taking another 30% off of that debt settlement. Poor suckers who didn't listen. Rod should be running for the hills soon. He owes some shady folks lots of money. lol
