$5M in financing and now a $2M loan?

Rod and crew are lining their pockets once again from investors who don't do their homework. $5M for 'self storage' and now another $2M in loan expected with $30K cash payout to each director who provides a personal guarantee. What a scam this is. I pity anyone who has given a dime to EAST. lol
