...cont'd - near term goal is another acquisition about the same size as Battlbox. Ghasson wants to get ECOM to a $100 million size GMS (Gross Merchandise Sales) business

cont'd.... - future potential target acquisitions are in: 1) Pets marketplace 2) Wellness & Beauty 3) Golf marketplace 4) E-Bikes Each of the above are EBITDA positive Future acquisitions will be debt based to limit/minimize dilution Ghasson did a great job, very impressed with his knowledge and where he is taking Emerge.

Thanks for the summary, Dunworkin. I wasn't able to attend. Did Ghasson say if the webinar would be posted on their website after the fact? Also, did he say what segment of the E-Bikes industry he has in mind?

To clarify, he reported stats on 4 businesses; one in each of the 4 categories (ie. one E-bike business)
