Holland support garters disappear .Holland had the support of Powlick and as such the votes from the DH band of kept in the dark cheery shareholders.
Powlick would vote the shares for DH,maintaining a majority with other BAG HOLDERS.
Powlick responsible for Holland's tenure at EGT.
Powlick now a common citizen.
DH shareholders can soon vote their shares on their own merit, end of April early May 2024.
They will never get the chance as EGT will be swept up into the Duracell Group near end of the month.
Not sure how or what the end will look like but it will happen.
