IMHO, using this logic, the PEA would have to be possitive? Correct?
For instance, Deller gets rewarded for backing EGX by getting cheap shares... thats plain to see!! So, since we didnt get sent back to .02/SP on a negative PEA. You can assume Deller is getting the shares at the cheapest rate possible in his and managements eyes... at .05/ share which signafies that the PEA was good and they wanted to raise the money, as cheap as possible per SP, by adding loads of more shares to Deller before the SP goes to .15, rewarding Deller 300%.
Whats everyones thoughts on this assumption?
