RE:for GoldenrulesFrank, GBM could have been refering to this Heap Leach Mill test.....
If you want to cause trouble.... Glenn signed off on the PR release in December about the PEA being complete end of January. Then in the MD&A, he said the new test for the Heap Leach Facility was begun durng Q4 2014, just as soon as the MET was done. So.... EGX was initially under Alberta Business Corporations act and now falls under the BCCA... I think it is around article 145-ish that says a CEO cannot make false or misleading statements. If I was a betting man, which I am, it would be pretty cut and dry to prove the claims made in a PR in December were false and misleading given that they had already begun the test for the position or and production of the Heap Leach Mil. Max fine is $25,000 for the company and $10,000 for Glenn. GL with it.
