I decided to call the GBM Minerals Engineering to see if there would be any delays on their side. Apparently the PEA will be completed on time and a draft has already been sent to Glenn so Brendan might be right about behind the scenes negotiations. Now if someone can get through to Glenn we might get some real clarification. The draft is probably in the lawyer's hands already.

Frank, GBM could have been refering to this Heap Leach Mill test.....    If you want to cause trouble....  Glenn signed off on the PR release in December about the PEA being complete end of January. Then in the MD&A, he said the new test for the Heap Leach Facility was begun durng Q4 2014, just as soon as the MET was done. So....  EGX was initially under Alberta Business
